Before starting your Business Partner application, please review the following information on this page which will help you prepare for and complete the Business Partner registration and commitment form accurately and efficiently.

Step 1) Registering on the website:

- Enables you to upload an Implementation Checklist as evidence OR use the 360° Online Tool (for UK Forced Labour stream as a whole/large organisation)

Step 2) Completing your Business Partners Profile
The selections you make at this stage will impact the Commitment Form questions and evidence requirements, so it is important to make the right selection. You can apply either as:
A small business/individual site* – defined as:
- Having a turnover of fewer than 10 million euros/dollars/pounds or matching total in their national currency
- Having less than 50 employees
A large business / whole organisation- defined as:
- Having a turnover of 36 million euros/dollars/pounds or matching total in their national currency
- Having 250 or more employees
*Those who do not fit into this category should apply as a large business.
You will need to select a specific country/sector, please select the relevant option for you. These include:
Option
UK Construction and Property
Select this if:
- Your business operates in the UK Construction and Property sector
- You have attended, or plan to attend: ‘Tackling Modern Slavery in UK Construction and Property‘ training or if applying for Advanced Business Partner status, the ‘Advanced Tackling Modern Slavery in UK Businesses‘ workshop
- You have, or plan to complete the ‘Construction Good Practice Implementation Checklist‘
UK Forced Labour*
- You were previously a Stronger Together UK General Business Partner
- You operate in the UK, in a sector such as ‘Consumer Goods‘
- You have attended, or plan to attend: ‘Tackling Modern Slavery in Business – UK and Ireland‘ training or if applying for Advanced Business Partner status, the ‘Advanced Tackling Modern Slavery in UK Businesses‘ workshop
- You have, or plan to, complete the Good Practice Checklist for Tackling Modern Slavery in UK and Irish Businesses
- Or you have access to, or plan to subscribe to the 360° Online Tool
UK Responsible Recruitment*
- You were previously a Responsible Recruitment Toolkit (RRT) Business Partner
- You operate in the UK, in a sector such as ‘Consumer Goods‘
- You have attended, or plan to attend: ‘Introduction to Responsible Recruitment‘ training or for Advanced Business Partner status, all 5 Responsible Recruitment focused workshops
- Or you have access to, or plan to subscribe to the 360° Online Tool
UK Warehousing
- Your business operates in the UK Warehousing sector
- You have attended, or plan to attend: ‘Tackling Labour Exploitation in UK Warehousing‘ training or for Advanced Business Partner status, the ‘Advanced Tackling Modern Slavery in UK Businesses‘ workshop
- You have, or plan to, complete the Warehousing Good Practice Implementation Checklist
US Fresh Produce
- Your business operates in the US Fresh Produce sector
- You have attended, or plan to attend: ‘Activate Responsible Recruitment in your Supply Chain for U.S. Fresh Produce‘
- You have, or plan to complete the US Good Practice Implementation checklist
Select which Business Partner level you wish to apply for:
Standard
You have attended a Stronger Together introductory workshop in the last 3 years, and can provide all necessary evidence for the application type. See pages 22-27 of the user guide (downloadable below).
Advanced
You have attended the ‘Advanced Tackling Modern Slavery in UK Businesses‘ workshop or all 5 Responsible Recruitment workshops within the last 3 years and can provide all necessary evidence for the application type.
Verified
This requires the business you’re applying for to complete a ‘Checklist Verification Assessment’ or an ‘Organisational Progress Assessment‘ to independently verify the evidence submitted.
Step 3) Completing the Business Partner Commitment Form
For detailed guidance on how to complete the form — including the evidence you’ll need to prepare- download and refer to the Business Partner User Guide.
Suggested evidence includes:
✓ Details of which Stronger Together workshops have been completed by your colleagues in the last 3 years
✓ Relevant organisational policies relating to forced labour or responsible recruitment and the appointed senior manager responsible for their implementation across operations and supply chains
✓ Downloaded reports showing your progress in the relevant Stronger Together Best Practice Implementation Checklist offline resource or 360° Online Tool
✓ Details of your internal staff training and engagement; including photo evidence of awareness raising activities, materials for inducting new workers, mapping your recruitment chain, a response plans and activation and the steps taken to undertake regular pro-active checks for indicators of exploitation
✓ A copy of your published reports/statements detailing the actions taken to address risks aligned to legislation and good practice
✓ The channels you use to keep up to date with emerging risks
Once your application is approved:
After you complete the Business Partner Commitment Form and submit the required evidence you will:
- Receive the Business Partner or Business Partner Advanced logo
- Have your business profile and submitted evidence published in the Stronger Together Business Partner Directory on the public webpage

Once approved, your organisation will appear in the Business Partner Directory.
Your public profile will contain a link to the evidence you have uploaded.
Using the Business Partner Logo
You can use the Business Partner logo to demonstrate your status.
When in use on websites and across digital media, the logo should contain a link to www.stronger2gether.org
