Stronger Together eLearning

If you have purchased an eLearning course, please allow for up to 24 hours (working days Monday โ€“Friday) for the course to appear on your profile.

You can find all your courses on your profile page.

For organisational leads, a member of the Stronger Together team will be in touch to provide additional support in setting you up on the LMS platform. If the courses do not appear, please submit a help ticket.

No you do not need to purchase the course again.

Although this is the same page you visited when you bought the course, when you are logged in the system grants you access to the course content, which is stored on the course page.

Scroll to the very bottom of the page and there will be a grey bar with the course title on it. Click this and the course will open in your browser.

Certificates are available after you complete the course, but they do not download automatically. To access your certificate after you finish the course, close the course using the black X on the top right, and then navigate to your profile page. If the course still says โ€˜in progressโ€™ refresh the page. Sometimes this can take a minute to update.

Alternatively you can go to the course page, and the certificate is available to download at the bottom of the page, like this:

Please note certificates will not appear if you havenโ€™t yet completed the course or met the requirements (ie scored 80% on the quiz).

If it doesnโ€™t appear after 24 hours please submit a help ticket (via your profile) and we can send you one directly.

All courses have 3 stages:

  1. Not started/0% completeโ€“ ie not purchased
  2. In Progress
  3. 100% complete

It will not save individual progress, so if you have started it previously or clicked on the course it will say โ€˜in progressโ€™.

You need to complete all the sections and score 80% or higher to end the course. 100% complete means you have taken the course, answered correctly and therefore the course is finished.

Stronger Together Business Partners

Yes – your commitment form and the uploaded evidence is visible to the public as you are publicly demonstrating your commitment to responsible recruitment. Once a Business Partner application is approved everyone can view the submissions on our website here.

Yes, the submit button also acts as a save button, so you can save your progress and revisit the application as many times as you need to.

It is only possible to complete one Business Partner application per user on the Stronger Together website per year. This means that if your business would like to complete both the UK Forced Labour and UK Responsible Recruitment applications for example, you will need two separate accounts to apply.

Business Partner applications are completed on the Stronger Together website account using the login details of the colleague that starts the application on behalf of your company.

Where labour rights due diligence is managed across multiple roles, and where it is expected that multiple people will update one Business Partner application, organisations may wish to consider creating a primary account using a shared mailbox, with a shared password.

Organisations are always encouraged to practice safe procedures for shared accounts with secure password management practices.

Stronger Together Business Partners are organisations that have uploaded evidence to publicly demonstrate their commitment to tackling hidden labour exploitation. By becoming recognised as a Business Partner, your business can access a network sharing best practice for tackling modern slavery and use the Stronger Together Business Partner logo in your business materials. To become Stronger Together Business Partner, we advise you follow these steps:

Clearview

Clearview is an initiative of Stronger Together, an impact driven, not for profit organization providing businesses with practical training, resources, business services and collaborative programs in order to create a world where all workers are recruited responsibly and have fair work free from exploitation.

Any business that supplies labor to another business can apply for Clearview certification. This includes farm labor contractors (FLCs), labor providers, recruiters, and other intermediaries involved in the recruitment and supply of workers.

As a labor provider, you register with Clearview (see registration and management fee process above) and, on receipt of payment, you will be connected with an approved audit body. With your audit body, you can begin the pre-audit planning. The audit body will guide you through this. The audit body will determine the number and type of sites to visit based on the information you supply.ย

Clearview is a certification program which enables labor providers to demonstrate that they operate responsibly, professionally, legally and ethically in the sourcing (recruitment) and supply (management) of workers.

The Clearview Technical Standards are aligned with established and emerging good practices, including:

  • the International Organization for Migration (IOM)
  • International Recruitment Integrity System (IRIS) Code of Conduct
  • the International Labour Organization (ILO) Fair Recruitment Initiative
  • the Institute for Human Rights and Business Dhaka Principles and Employer Pays Principle
  • the World Employment Confederation Code of Conduct
  • the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code
  • the Ethical Charter on Responsible Labor Practices (ECIP)
  • and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights

For questions related to the Technical Standards and Control Points, please contact Clearview@stronger2gether.org.

Clearview certification demonstrates that a labor provider is operating responsibly and provides competitive advantage through market differentiation. The program creates trust and increased transparency in labor supply chains and, as an independent audit that can be shared with many clients, it reduces audit duplication, thus saving time and cost.

The timeline depends on audit scheduling and the time required to address any non-compliances identified. A follow-up visit may be required after the baseline audit. In total, the certification process typically takes between 1 and 6 months.

Clearview is a certification program designed for labor providers. While labor users are not eligible for certification, they play an important role in encouraging responsible practices across their labor supply chains. Engaging with Clearview and supporting labor providers to participate can help:

  • Drive a โ€œbeyond complianceโ€ approach, supporting continuous improvement in ethical recruitment and labor management practices
  • Strengthen due diligence through independent audits against recognized standards, reducing risk exposure and supporting brand protection
  • Provide greater confidence to customers, investors, and stakeholders through verified responsible labor practices
  • Promote alignment across labor providers and clients through practical tools and resources

For more information on how to get involved or support your labor providers, please contact us.

  1. Registration fee
There is a one-time registration fee of $115.00 for each labor provider to register with the program. Upon receipt of this fee, the labor provider will be confirmed as a Program Registrant for a period of one (1) year and granted access to the Clearview Technical Standards and Control Points. The registration fee is non-binding, and a labor provider may withdraw from the program at any stage. However, all fees paid are non-refundable
  2. Management fee
Once a labor provider is ready to proceed with the certification process, they must pay the program management fee to become a formal Program Applicant. The management fee is determined based on the scope of certification and the size of the applicantโ€™s business. Upon payment, the labor provider will receive:
  • An induction call with the Clearview team, along with ongoing support as needed throughout the process
  • Access to a suite of technical training videos covering the standards against which they will be audited
  • Access to a Full-Free subscription to Stronger Together 360ยฐ, supporting capacity building and self-assessment against Clearview standards and relevant U.S. legislation

If the labor provider successfully attains Clearview certification, an annual management fee is required to maintain certification over the three-year certification cycle. The total fee is structured across the three-year cycle and is based on the number of clients (end users). The fee is distributed as follows:
Year 1: 50%
Year 2: 25%
Year 3: 25%

  1. Audit fee
The audit fee is paid directly to the Audit Body. Each Audit Body sets its own fees, which may include audit costs, travel expenses, verification, and renewal fees. These costs should be discussed and agreed directly with your Audit Body.

Clearview certification is valid for three (3) years. To maintain a valid certificate during the certification cycle, Certified Program Members must undergo one validation audit 18 months after their certification outcome. Validation audits follow a fixed two-day process, including one day of remote assessment and one day at client site(s). A full re-audit is required within 36 months to maintain certification validity.

For more information about registration fees and certification costs for U.S.-based businesses, please email: Clearview@stronger2gether.org.

Labor providers and audit bodies can register their interest in the program by contacting the Clearview team at Clearview@stronger2gether.org. A member of the team will then share the relevant information and documentation required to begin the application process.

The Clearview Control Points and detail of the compliance criteria are accessible for Program Registrants and Applicants on the Responsible Recruitment Toolkit Online Tool via https://www.stronger2gether.org/stronger-together-360/. Please note that these can only be accessed online.

Register your interest by contacting the Clearview team at Clearview@stronger2gether.org
on a no-fee, no-obligation basis. A member of the team will follow up to share further information and, where relevant, the application materials to begin the registration process.
