Overall aim and purpose
To help protect workers from hidden exploitation risks during recruitment and on farm, and make sure they have a positive experience when working in UK agriculture and horticulture so that they wish to return next season. To provide scheme-wide communication to and insight from workers throughout their recruitment and employment, enabling faster decision making on what is or isn’t working, reducing duplication and simplifying the experience for workers and all scheme stakeholders.
