Meet the Team

Silvia has worked within the company for four years assisting various programmes and is now a dedicated programme coordinator to Responsible Recruitment Toolkit and Clearview, overseeing planning and organisation within the programme.

Silvia also assists with programme development, implementing procedures, communications and supporting with in-house training whilst liaising with a range of stake holders to ensure the smooth running of RRT and Stronger Together.

With over twenty years of administrative and customer service experience she thrives on helping others and Stronger Together’s vision and values have been providing her to achieve just that.
