Ros is Stronger Together’s Quality & Integrity Manager. She is responsible for ensuring the support and services we provide remain of the highest quality and incorporate the latest leading practice, insights and developments.
Ros is passionate about people, in particular supporting workers, businesses and communities to thrive. She has over ten years’ experience in advancing responsible recruitment, ethical practices and human rights in global supply chains. Her previous roles have included heading up the ethics team for a leading producer, working as a consultant supporting a wide portfolio of clients and managing global-scale capacity-building programmes. She has set up and executed compliance due diligence systems, worker surveys, grievance mechanisms and worker committees, has extensive experience carrying out social audits, assessments and workplace investigations and has developed and delivered a range of expert guidance and training.
