Meet the Team

Rachel Stonebridge is the People and Operations Manager for Stronger Together, responsible for leading the People function across our global teams, and ensuring smooth running of our operations across IT, data and procurement.

Based near London, she joined the team at Stronger Together from a varied operational background including the Civil Service and private sector. She studied with the Open University for a BA in Business Management and is currently working towards her People Management qualification with the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development.

Rachel is passionate about developing practices that contribute to an organisation being happy, healthy and reflective of its team and society.
