Meet the Team

Oana is the Development Manager at Stronger Together, where she ensures technical quality across programmes and supports businesses in addressing modern slavery and labour exploitation.

She joined the Stronger Together team from the Rights Lab at the University of Nottingham, where her work centred on businesses, communities and human rights. Oana has led projects both in the UK and internationally, with a continued focus and interest on the agricultural sector, migrant workers, fair recruitment, and global supply chains—particularly those linked to China.

She is passionate about the role of business in shaping fairer labour markets, is committed to helping organisations drive positive change.
