Nikki Enersen
AAALP Lead

Nikki Enersen is the Lead for the American Association for AgLabor Providers (AAALP). She has recently joined Stronger Together after a career as a US diplomat. She spent two decades overseas, in Africa, Central America, and Asia, working to improve well-being and reduce poverty in our globally connected world. She draws from experience in stakeholder engagement, agricultural value chain development, human rights, workforce development, organizational capacity building, and inclusive development.

Nikki has a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Minnesota, completed graduate studies at American University in International Development Management/Gender Studies and a dual Bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College in International Relations and Sociocultural Anthropology.

Nikki is eager to build community among Farm Labor Contractors and to foment innovation and collaborative solutions to sticky problems in the American agricultural sector through AAALP. Farm workers and FLCs are unsung heroes in modern-day America and she aims to work with AAALP to spotlight and support ethical FLCs and agricultural actors.
