Meet the Team

Jenniffer is a Labor Rights Associate at the Rainforest Alliance, and leads the Responsible Sourcing project in Costa Rica for the pineapple and banana sector in collaboration with Stronger Together.

She is an agronomist with a master’s degree in Natural Resource Management and Production Technologies (Environmental Management). With thirteen years of experience in the implementation of social, environmental, GMP and GAP standards in pineapple cultivation. She is also an accredited auditor with six years of experience in social audits (ETI).
