Meet the Team

Angélica is our Mexico & Costa Rica Project Manager who collaborates in responsible recruitment and fair labor for the avocado and berry farming industry in Mexico, as well as pineapples and bananas in Costa Rica, in alliance with our partner Rainforest Alliance.

She has more than 5 years of experience working in capacity building & edtech for economic inclusion and labor rights of rural and indigenous women in Mexico and farmworkers, mainly migrants, in 7 countries of Americas. She is passionate about sustainable and regenerative development of rural and indigenous communities, as well as a promoter of inclusion, fair and dignified treatment, and human rights advocacy.
