This course is designed with a specific focus on the role of recruiters.
By the end of the course learners will:
- Understand what modern slavery, forced labour and labour exploitation is
- Know how to recognise the signs that someone may be being exploited and how to respond
- Understand good recruitment practices to prevent labour exploitation
- Understand how to start taking action to minimise the risk of forced labour within your organisation.

Duration: Approx. 30 minutes
Interactivity: Each course includes interactive exercises to check and reinforce your knowledge, with a quiz for learners at the end. Please note a pass rate of 80% is required to complete the course.
